SolDev Technical & Business Development staff are happy to consult and advice our clients prior to making a commitment to implement a particular project. Our qualified engineers are able to visit your site to plan your systems and discuss budgets needed to bring your project to life.
The engineers will then be able to size and design the required systems using high quality components that match perfectly for a successful implementation of your project.
Installation
SolDev engineers and technicians are ready to travel anywhere within the country to implement the installation of your systems with a small fee. The team ensures that the installation is completed at a standard that satisfies our customers. We pay special attention to details to make sure that the systems we install give our customers a long service life with minimal downtime. We even take care to ensure minimal physical changes to the area where the installations take place and ensure wires and cables are hidden away from the eyes of observers.
Installation services include basic user training with “Dos and Don’ts” for the use of the installed systems, and how to read signs of alerts on displays of some of the equipment.
Rehabilitation
SolDev may help you rehabilitate or expand your existing systems by assessing the existing system and matching with other available components. Our highly qualified engineers who are product champions of particular brands allow us to appoint the right staff to take care of your rehabilitation project. Our engineers are recruited from the best institutes and then supported by the company’s continuous training and development programs.
Warranty & After Sales
Products and services, including workmanship, supplied by Solar Development are all covered by a warranty term ranging from one year to five years according to the systems supplied. There is no product our company supplied that is not accompanied by a warranty term. This ensures peace of mind for our clients and confirms that we supply only the highest quality components and systems coupled with very high standard of service.
Preventative & Maintenance
We encourage our clients to sign up for our long term preventative maintenance agreement at a reasonable cost to further minimize downtime of the systems and prevent costly rehabilitation maintenance and early replacement of components. This would ensure the longevity of the systems and provide peace of mind.
Training & Development
SolDev is able to provide you with your training needs to develop your staff by using our highly qualified Engineers and Business Development professionals who have teaching experiences in formal educational institutions and provision of vocational training. We will create a training module that would cater to the trainees and their identified needs. We are able to deliver a one-time training or an ongoing development of your staff or students. We are able to provide training specifically focused on photovoltaic or thermal technology.
Events Management
The events management team within our group is able to organise your events whether it is training/workshop or annual general meetings. Contact us to discuss your needs and we have the team to handle your hotel bookings, venue for your special event including all equipment and amenities.
